About Us

The name Ozmoke comes from unifying Oz which means Australia and Smoke. Our style of cooking is low and slow.  This means at low temperature for a long period of time.

The team

We are four friends who got together to share our passion for food. We come from Venezuela and, you see, communicating love through food is part of that Latin American passion that runs through our veins.

Our professions are wide and varied, from engineering and supply chain to communications and business, but the one thing that gels us together is our curiosity for cooking smoked food, which we have been working on for the past couple of years.

We have been in sunny Brisbane for over ten years now, and we definitely call Australia home. Come see us and say 'g'day' or  ‘hola'.
