Our food

There’s nothing like a good melt-in-your-mouth piece of brisket, moist, hot and smoky, right? Well, there is: imagine that same piece of brisket topped with our bright  and flavoursome salsa verde, with a side of fried cassava and our special summer zesty salad. Now, that is something you really want to try.

So, we like to mix things up a bit and give them our personal touch.  We cook over natural charcoal and Australian wood with a lot of smoke. We use Australian fresh produce from local providers to make sure that you get the best flavours in each mouthful.
